- We’ll discuss your lifestyle and goals, any movement limitations you might have and your goals around how you want to look and feel and be able to move.
- We will then evaluate you movement limitations, where you might have weakness, imbalance and asymmetry. We will also notice and compensations you might have so that we can reverse engineer a program. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of what you specifically need to do to achieve your goals.
